Mrs. Horace Philips, sister of Mrs. O. E. Allen, 209 Fourth street, died suddenly Monday at her home in Topeka, Kans. Mrs. Philips had many friends in Wilmette, for she had often visited her sister. She was buried Wednesday in Topeka.
