- Mrs. M. N. Rothchilds, of Highland Park and her chauffeur, Harry Higgins, 867 Dearborn Ave., Chicago were caught speeding in Evanston. Rothchilds said she urged her driver to go quickly so she could get home to be with her sick baby. Justice Boyer fined Higgins. Rothchilds will appear at a hearing tomorrow in Evanston.
