Description
- Full Text
Spurred on by the watchfulness of the members of the Winnetka citizens' committee, the police are now arresting all drunks that appear on the streets. Last week Tuesday Bert Lee sauntered down Elm street in a drunken condition. He was arrested and fined $1 and costs by Justice Madsen. In the past it has been the custom to let these persons off with a warning. From now on, though, they will be arrested and fined.
