- Automobile gang was arrested August 13 near the Johnson Dairy on Sheridan road Evanston. They are believed to be members of groups that have been attacking nonunion milk drivers. They were fined Thursday by Judge Boyer. Names of those arrested were Edward Riley and his wife, Kate, John Mulaney, Ralph Sargent, Ed O'Connell. The Johnson Dairy company has had trouble about their drivers for the past two years resulting in frequent calls for police protection.
