According to a dispatch to the News from St. Louis, the last two of the lawsuits to recover $135,000 insurance on the life of Ira G. Rawn, president of the [unclear] railroad, who was shot and killed in his home in Winnetka July 20, 1910, have been settled out of court. By the settlements Mrs. Rawn will receive about $90,000. The suits not compromised were against the Maryland Casualty company for $36, 000 and for trial tomorrow, and against the Continental Casualty company for $5,000 set for trial next Tuesday
