Mr. and Mrs. Frank Ward 504 Park avenue, received word from Gallup, N. M. of the death of their son-in-law following an automobile accident. Mr. Lewis is survived by his widow, the former Virgina Ward of Wilmette, and one son, John Ward Lewis. His parents, Mr. and Mrs. G. B. Hatcher of Phoenix, Ariz. also survive him.
