- Mrs. Katherine McKimmon Sieber, wife of the late Edward G. Sieber, died October 17, at her home, 1118 Lake avenue. A pioneer resident of the North Shore, Mrs. Sieber was born in Montreal, Canada, and came to Evanston with her parents in 1863. At the time of her marriage in 1885, she moved to Wilmette and she had been a continous resident here ever since. Mother of the late Mrs. L. N. Hoffman (Mary Sieber), she is survivied by a daughter, Mrs. R. G. Rodell (Alice Sieber), who lived with her, and by two grandchildren, Mrs. Glenn Schultz of Minneapolis, Minn., and Katherine Rodell of the Lake avenue residence. Interment followed in Calvary cemetery.
