According to the information re- ceived here, Mr. Feltmàn, who was district manager for bis fatber's sboe compan-y in Phoenix, had started alone on a bunting trip wben the accident occurred. Thle information was to the effect that Feltman 's car collided with another containing three persons. The other car, it was said, wvas being driven without liglits. Mr. Feltman, a Nortbwesterni uni- vers it y graduate, is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles H. Feltman, his widow, MIrs. Esther Lewis Feltmian, also a Nortbwestern graduate, four cbildren, Charles, Su- sati, Henry and Harry, two brothers, Paul of Wilmette and Roland of Ev- anston, and one sister, Elizabeth, of Wilmette.
