"Women Operating Pile Driver" is the title of this primitive paint- ing by Olaf Krans which belongs to the Bishop Hill Colony collection of the Index of American Design. The facsimile o the painting is rendered by John Koehl. Opening January 12 and continuing to January 26 an American Index of Design exhibit will be held at New Trier High school under the sponsorship of the art department.
