Frank Joseph Steffens, 62, of Lindsay, Ont., Canada, former Wilmette resident, died Mar. 19 in Lindsay. He is survived by his wife, Frances; a sister, Mrs. Margaret Knos; and two brothers, Henry, in Wilmette and Lawrence J. Funeral mass was said Mar. 24 at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Burial was at Memorial Park Cemetery, Skokie.
