Mrs. Sarah C. Harrow, 74, of Milan, Ill. died Dec. 10 in Rock Island. A former resident of Wilmette, she is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth Johnson of Champaign, and Mrs. Pauline O'Brien of Chicago five grandchildren; three great grandchildren; two sisters and two brothers. Services were held Dec. 14 at Scott Funeral Home, Wilmette, by the Rev. William Hodgson. Interment was in Memorial Park Cemetery, Skokie.
