Douglas Crooks All Dogs Muzzled A notice was mailed to Kenilworth dog owners, under date of February 21. bv the Kenilworth Police department ~ warning them to keep their dogs muzzled throughout the entire year . fhe text of this notice follows : "On May 1, 1928 the president and Board of Trustees of the Village of Kenilworth adopted an ordinance which nrovides that all dogs running at large (not in leash or confined to the own~rs premises) within the corporate limits of the village of Kenilworth, shall be securely muzzled the year around. "Although form letters were sent out to every householder at the time of the passage of this ordinance and although there has been j>ublicity in the .local newspapers, some dog owners are still · under the erroneous impression that muzzling is required only during the summer months. . "For your information, a copy of said ordinance and the letter which accompanied it, is enclosed herewith. She was married to Mr. Crooks Saturday afternoon, February 15, at the Harvard Congregational church. Mr. and Mrs. Crooks have been in Asheville, N.
