All the students of the Mallinckrodt attended. A quarter admission was charged to help swell the athletic fund. Bridge was played from two until four. E~h table had an individual prize, there also was a door prize. Students of the Mallinckrodt High school have begun active work in the various classes of Braille. The classes are made up of students specially interested in transcribing books for the. blind, and sufficient students of Mallinckrodt High school have applied to form four small classes. The work is an extra activity and is done by the students after regular school hours. Ralph Arnold, Jr., 1538 Elmwood aver:.ue, has been transferred to Memphis, Tenn., by his business firm.
