Frost Is Business Women to Hear Teams Divide Dual Taken by Death Jan. 29 "Women on Juries" Talk Miss Esther Dunshee, chairman of legislative committee of the Businrss and Professional Women's club, is in charge of the program Monday February 10. Miss Elizabeth Buethe of Green wood circle will speak on "Women on Juries." . An open forum wilt follow Miss Buethe's talk. The Wilmette Business and Professional Women's club is interested especially in this subject since Miss Dunshee, a member of the Wilmette club, has been state chairwan of the co;,nmittee on womeri on juries. Mrs. Mary F. Frost, mother of .Albert G. Frost, 509 Central avenue, \Vilmette, died at the Aurora hospital in Aurora, Ill., Wednesday, January 29, at the age of 70 years. Heart disease \\·as given as the cause of her death. Mrs. Frost had made her home in .\urora. Her iate husband, George E. Frost, who was a Civil war veteran, died eight 'years ago. Mrs. Frost was a member of the Althea chapter, Ord.er of Eastern Star, and the Abraham Lincoln circle No. 2, Ladies of the Grand Army of the Republic. Besides the son L1 Wilmt:tte she is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Mabel F. Cadman, of Lombard, Ill. The funeral services were held Friday afternoon, January 31 ~ at 1 o'clock from the Grand Army of the Republic hall in Aurora to the Biedelman chapel at Naperville. Bunal took place at N apervitle. New Trier High school's senior track team defeated the Evanston High ;e nior tracksters at the New Trier fieldhouse last Saturday morning 48.2-3 to 28 1-3. The Evanston junior track team trimmed the New Trier juniors, 36 to 19. In the senior division New Trier won the relay and first places in the 50yard dash, 440-yard dash, half mile, mile, and high jump. The Gray and Green relay team was composed of Fre.d Willia.m s, Hugh Saxon, John Kirby, and Walter Wanger. First and second places in the various events were won by New Trier rt~resentatives as follows: Hugh Sax on, first, 50-yard dash, and Fred Williams, second; Walter Wanger, first, 440-yarcl dash, and Paul Powell, second; Hiram Weld, first, half mile, and Don Matthews, second: George Boylsron, first, mile; Bob Kelly, first, high jnmp, and Henry Bender, second; Henry Bender, second, low hurdles, and Frank Riley, second, shot put. Although New Trier's junior track team l'ost to Evanston, the Gray and Green yo ungsters '"-·on the junior relay, and according to Track Coach John Nay they show much promise in the dash events. Bill Sundlof was the individual star for the New Trier junior team. He tied for first place in the high jump, and took second in the low hurdles. The ~ew Trier trackstcrs will meet Provi sn at New Trier on Februarv 15 1nd '\'aukegan at New Trier on March 1. Thev also have a match scheduled with 'Cniversity Hil!h of Chicago on March 5.
