Head to Be Honor Guest at Annual Session of Scout Council Walter W. Head, president of the national council of the Boy Scouts of America, will be the guest of honor and deliver the principal address at the annual banquet and council meeting of the North Shore Area Boy Scout council on Friday, January 24. The meeting will be held at the New Trier High school and dinner will be served at 6:30 o'clock. All scoutmasters and assistant scoutmasters, together with their wives, will be guests of the council. Special recognition will be accorded at this time to the wives for the splendid part they play in Scouting.
