It will not be on valuations made by the duly elected local assessment officers as required by law , but undoubtedly on the valuations prepared hv the re-assessment group of the l~oard of Assessors, and as to townships in Cook county not lying wholly within the limit s of a city or \·illage, such valuations arc illegal and invalid, so why hold hearings on them? Then, if the same is followed, hearings will be had as to those val~ations, and then the hearing before the Board of Review on complaints if any, so it looks very mucl1 as if the taxing bodies will be obliged to wait until a year from . now before they can expect any revenue from 19.2R taxes.
