The occasion was the closing for the season of the Marionette Fel lowship of which Paul MacPharlin ot Winnetka is director. The Marionettf Fellowship gave a series of five puppet plays at the Evan ston Woman's cluh at int~n· als during th e past winter. Bridge and amusing games were played at the party after which some of the m·embers of the fellowship conducted a short Marionette play. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Bickell are driving to northern Michigan, July 5, and Mrs. Comstock is leaving for Col orado Springs the same day. Ferdinand A. P . Fischer of 848 Park avenue, who is a member of the faculty of Crane Junior college, is taking graduate work this summer in the Graduate school of the University of Chicago. Mrs. C. B. Since last fall hundred s of workmen have been busily engaged in the complicated operations of preparing the field and constructing the uniquely modern club house and airdrome. Skv Harbor. it has been emphasized hy its officers, is not a private club venture, but is open to the puhlic. having heen established for the purpose of providing a· public airport to . supply the needs of the north shore for an adequate and safe commercial landing field.
