At the meeting of the fine and applied arts section Dr. William T. Bawden, managing editor of the JndU'3trial Education magazine, will speak on "The Significance of the Hand in Learning." Baccalaureate Sermon Dr. Frederick Eiselen, president of Garrett Biblical institute, will deliver the baccalaureate sermon to this year's graduating class from Northwester.n university, it is announced by Prestdent Walter Dill Scott. Dr. Eiselen was a profes·sor of biblical literature at . Northwestern from 1918 to 1924. He has been connected with Garrett since 1902 and been president since 1924. Selection of Dr. Frederic C. Woodward, acting president of the University of Chicago, announced last week, has been confirmed by the tru3tees.
