Many children needing intensive treatment are sent to the clinic at Hull House from the Infant Welfare stations. Miss Tavlor illustrated many points in her talk by cases that come under her observation. She cited in stance of children indulging excessively in nail- biting and thumb sucking. \Vhen a child with such a habit i~ brought to the clinic, a thorough stud~· of the child's life to determine the cause is first made, a came of the treatment decided on, and the cooperation of the parents sought. Many of the children are put into the pre-school at Hull House, where their particular problem is watched and ·w orked on but help from th~ home in establishing good habits to supplant the bad is absolutely essential. Miss Taylor gave many excellent suggestions as to instilling- the kind of habits we want our children to earn· through life. A stimulating and in formal discussion followed her address. ....., I l ... I Twn Chu~ch Links Will Hold Luncheon Meetings Link F of the Wilmette Baptist church, Mrs. Albert E.
