The Exposition is an enlargement of the enterprise conducted for eight years in the Coliseum and is the plan of its managing director, Robert H . Sexton, who has had the building scheme for the city site patterned after the great European fairs. Educational exhibits on all the materials and equipment that enter into the construction of the modern home, furniture and decorations, processes and methods, and services on financing, modernization, home repair and architectura '1 planning will be housed in buildings that will entirely surround the plot. Great arched entrances will be erect ed at both the Chicago and P earson Street sides of the grounds and th e central portion on which the exhibit buildings will front will . be elaborate I" landscaped with broad terraces reached by circular marble stairways and gar den walks bordered with bright flower beds. Several full sized homes \vill be completely constructed on the pla zas, where horne seekers can sun them selves on stone benches and pretend they are in their own front yards.
