March 1, 1929 WILMETTE LIFE 21 New Trier's track men broke even with Senn High school in a non-league meet Saturday morning at the New Trier indoor track. The New Trier Senior team, which is composed of many of last year's veterans defeated 'the city boys 48 to 37, but the Junior team, which is made up mostly of new material, were not as fortunate and fell at the short end of a 32~ to 17% score. The Senior meet was a nip and tuck battle a11 the way, for in several of the events some of New Trier's mainstays were unable to place first and therefore the score was kept quite close. But with the score New Trier 32, Senn 31, Kew Trier's r elay team composed of Guy, Roth, Weiland, and Cassell ste!)ped out and won the 600 yard relay and from then on the meet was aJl New Trier's. In th e Junior meet, the Grey and Green team was able to triumph in only two of th e six events, winning the 50 yard dash on the merits of \Vanger . and the 660 yard race through the efforts of Boyle~ton a member of last year's Junior aggregation.
