Last season the North End Mothers' club, sponsors of the music association, presented an entire piano recital. and Friday evening presented the Amy Neill string quartet and Barre Hill, baritone. Both the quartet and the sing ~ r proved extremely happy selections. The players grouped themselves gracefully in charming picture against the ~tag-e setting and played with a rare skill, choosing delightfully from the fine old familiar things in music, and the audience encored generously.
