Joseph and Mary are presented approaching Bethlehem, murmuring over the injustice and inconvenience of tht> Roman tax, and . later as obtaining lowly quarters for the night on that first Christma·s eve. The second and last part presents a ·tableau of the shepherds and wise men watching and following the Eastern star until it brings them to the newly born Jesus. They present gift.s and do humble homage to their Savior. Atl the actors will be presented in appropriate costumes.
