Plans for next year's Scouting program · were discussed. This is the largest gathering of Wilmette committeemen ever held. Cald well will be in charge of the girt ~ · swimming classes at the \Vilm ett e beach and Dudlev C. Stone will haY e charge of the boys' clas~es. The four playgrounds \\'ill be open from 9 o'clock until 12 noon and fron I to 5 o'clock. The recreation and playground facilities are free to atl Wilmette children. Each playground instructor \\'ill make out his own program, subject to the approval of Daniel M. Davi s, di rector of recreation, who has general charge of the summer playground work. A meeting of all of the playground supervisors will be held next Thursday, June 14, at 3 o'clock in Mr. Davis' office. .
