Classes for au: and all welcome. A week from Sunday, June 17, the final exerch;es of the Sunday school will be held m the Assembly room of the Kenilworth club. The program of the day will occupy the entire time usually devoted to the Sunday school and Church services. Regular Sunday services of the church and the Sunday school will be discontinued after next Sunday until Septem. ber 16. Durin~ the first three weeks of July Dr. Willett will be at Chautauqua, New York. During the remainder of the summer he will be at Pentwater, Mich. He can always be reached through his Kenilworth address, by phone or letter. He will be glad to respond to any calls made upon him for services by any member of the Church or Congregation. During the vacation season, joint services of instruction and worship will b~ held on Sundays in cooperation with the Church of the Holy Comforter. The children from nine years old and upward will meet in the Episcopal Church, and those below that age in this church. The services will be in charge of Mr. Bayliss and Mr. Carter. · On Wednesday evenings at 8 o'clock there will be "Open House" at the church, after the manner of last summer. Mr. Carter will have charge of the meetings, which will be of an entirely infonnal nature. Next Sunday Louis Kreidler of the Metropolitan and Chicago Civic Opera Company will assist in the music. Mr. Kerr, our soloist, has been associated with Mr. Kreidler for several years. We welcome Mr. Kreidler, and appreciate his kindness. Committee Does Servic~ , Work in Vets' Hospitals (Contributed) Memorial day emphasizes to U'5 aH the debt we owe to the veterans of our wars suffering in our hospitals. The Woman's Club of Wilmette committee for friendly co-operation with exservice men is trying, in its small way, to help repay this debt in its service work at both hospital·s in the Tenth Congressional district, U; S. Veterans hospital 105, North Chicago, where mental cases are treated, and at Great Lakes Navy hospital, where shattered bodies are cared for. On Monday of this week, the committee held a party at the United States Veterans hospital 105, for the men in Ward B of Building 9. Twenty women played game· s with the men. Prizes were given the man winning at each table. Refreshments, consisting of ice-cream, cake, candy, and cigarets, were s~rved. At the same time a smaller group of women was playing games with the men in the Great Lakes Red Cross room. Ray Johnson of the Nelson Apartments in Wilmette sailed last Saturday for three· months' visit in his former home in Sweden. Alpha Phi sorority is holding an alumnae reuRion at the sorority house June 9.
