Junior Church day program as the closing exercises of the ] unior church which has been organized within the past year. It is an organization of children over ten years of age, and is a miniature church, fashioned after the senior church. having its own . organization of elders, deaconate, ushers and ,·arious committees. Its ideal is to build Christian character. . Its goal is membership in the Senior church and it gives through its program and organization, an understanding knowledge to the boys and girls of the vast work and program of the church. This church was organized October 3. A ·special program and speaker are planned for the occasion. All children oYer ten years of age arc invited to attend. Recognition on this day wilt he given tl1e members who have a perfect record of attendance, as they wilt have a distinct place on the program. J oc Hayes, clerk of the sess ion, will take charge of the meeting. The Junior church will reopen in the fall and hold its regular services. The session of the ] unior church made definite plans for next year at its last !meeting.
