Dennis of the Northwestern School of Speech won the silver loving cup in the Rotarian contest for · choosing the best Chicago suburb, at the Hotel Sherman Tuesday. The judges held that Dean Dennis, speaking for Evanst-on in behalf of Evanston Rotary, had proved his home town superior to its rivals. Pitted against him were orators from Wilmette, Oak Park, Cicero and other suburbs. Dean Dennis acclaimed the classic town as famous for two women, Frances Willard and Hell'n Ma.ria. Eloise Kreme.r of 723 Laurel ave.nue and Martha Pencher of Elmwood avenue will make the trip to vVashington, D. C., with the group of New Trier High school students leaving on Friday, April 8.
