The ba11 · will be held a t the Evanston Country club, W ednesday evening, October 13, and is the scholarship ball which has for its purpose raising money to send a girl trorn Evai;ston High school to Smith coll ege. !\Irs. E. S. Clark, (Elizabeth Campbell) is general chairman for the ball , and has an efficient committee co-operating \\'ith her to make this affair one of the outstanding events of the year.
