VonSennet, of the Illinois Steel company, has purchased the beautiful residence property of F. P. Whiteley, at 816 Elmwood avenue, which he 'will occupy about April 1. The Whiteleys upon their return from a trip, will reside at the Webster hot'e l. E. C. Philips, manager of the Wilmette office of the E. E. Stults Realty company, 424 Linden avenue! was th"e broker in the transaction. The uniquely designed hungalowchapel at Greenleaf avenue and Seventh street will be redecorated throughout during the next two weeks The work in the auditorium will he done this week. The parsonagt' rooms will he repainted and rcdecorated next week and the work on the exterior will he done as soon as weather conditions permit.
