Covell had been in declining health for the past six months, but had been confined to her bed only three weeks. The funerai and burial were at Richmond, Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock and " ·e re attended by the two brothers. :Mrs. Covell wa a daug-hter of the late \Villiam and Eliza 1t ore, who were among the early se ttlers in the Richmond neig-hborhood. She wa . born at Solon 1fi!L. 7-t year:- ago, and spent her entire lif' in }.fcHenry county. Her husband, the late -L. B. Covell, preceded her in death t\\'O year =ago.
