Mrs. Virginia B. Hill, 74, of Santa Barbara, Cal., formerly of Kenilworth, died June 29 in her home. Mrs. Hill had belonged to First Congregational Church of Wilmette, until moving to California in 1961. Survivors include two sons, Malcolm of San Mateo, Cal., and Warren of Chicago, and nine grandchildren. Funeral services were held July 1 in Santa Barbara. Burial was in Forest Home Cemetery, Forest Park, Ill.
