George Pechtl, 71, of 716 Prairie Ave., Wilmette, died June 24 in Nuremberg, Germany. Mr. Pechtl formerly owned Ann's Pastry Shop in Wilmette. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Robert (Loretta) Auchinleck of Wilmette and Mrs. Richard (Eloise) Neidhardt of Kenilworth; a sister, Sister Maria Nabor of Germany; and three grandchildren. Requiem mass will be said at 11 a.m. today in St. Joseph's Church. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery, Skokie.
