In order to pass to this high rank much application an-d a tremendous amount of work is required. Frank is the first Kenilworth Scout to achieve this honor. He has now · set a pace for other troop members to follow. Some of the merit badges require six months or more of conscientious work, and they cover widely divergent fields, so that it will be readily seen that the honor indicates a superlative effort. Scout Watt says that he is going right ahead and win more merit badges in an endeavor to garner more honors than any scout north of Evanston. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Watt of 338 Melrose avenue, Kenilworth. Linus Smith of Wilmette made the Eagle Scout rank a few weeks ago.
