Mrs. Elizabeth P. Owens, 86, of 736 Surrey Ln., Glenview, died Mar. 23 in Brookwood Convalescent Home, Des Plaines. Mrs. Owens, who had lived in Wilmette from 1923 to 1950, was a member of Wilmette Congregational Church and a former member of the Wilmette Women's Club. She is suvived by a daughter, Mrs. Jack C. (Mary Porter) Shay of Glenview; a son, Parry P. of Atlanta; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Dr. James L. Kidd will conduct the memorial service at 2 p.m. Mar. 30 in Wilmette Congregational Church. Private burial services will be held in Memorial Park Cemetery, Skokie.
