Robert K. Belt Sr., 67, of Prescott, Ariz., former North Shore resident, died May 3 in Phoenix. Mr. Belt was born in Wilmette, attended New Trier High School, and the University of Illinois and later lived in Highland Park. He moved to Arizona in 1950 and entered the ranching business. At the time of his death, Mr. Belt was police magistrate in Prescott and a member of the Arizona State Retirement Board. Surviving are his wife, Grace; two sons, Robert Jr., of Phoenix and William, an army major; and two grandchildren. Services were held May 6 in Prescott.
