Walter F. Bratschi, 83, of 688 Cherry St., Winnetka, died Jan. 19 in St. Francis Hospital. Mr. Bratschi had been a plumbing contractor on the North Shore for 55 years. For the last 32 years his office was at 801 Oak St., Winnetka. Surviving are his wife, Lina; two daughters, Mrs. Helen Heptmer of Winnetka and Mrs. Norma Hoza of Wilmette; a son, Raymond of St. Paul, Minn.; ll grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Dr. Lawrence E. Schwarz of the Winnetka Congregational Church conducted the services Jan. 21 in the Scott Funeral Home.
