Mrs. Irene Duncan Tingle, 88, of Hobbs, N. M., mother of a Wilmette resident, died Jan. 13 in Hobbs. She was the wife of the late Harry M. Tingle and is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Frank J. (Virginia) Madden of Wilmette; a son, Duncan B. of Lancaster, Pa.; a sister, Miss Alexandra Duncan of Hobbs; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted Jan. 16 in the Hebblethwaite Chapel by the Rev. David Donovan of Winnetka Presbyterian Church. Burial was in Oak Woods Cemetery, Chicago.
