Dr. Richard C. Hanson of Grenada Hills, Cal., formerly of Wilmette, died recently in California. While living on the North Shore he had owned Morgan and Hanson optometrists in Chicago for more than 50 years. Dr. Hanson was a member of the Knights of Pythias and the Wilmette Masonic Lodge. Surviving are his wife, Clara; a daughter, Mrs. Muriel Gould of Akron, O.; a son, Dr. Chester R. Hanson of Oakland, Cal.; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Services were held in California.
