- Lorraine Ruth Richter, age 88, a long-time resident of Wilmette, died September 28 in Washington, DC. Mrs. Richter was born November 10, 1923, on the South Side of Chicago to Ruth Marie and Edward George Anderson. Her survivors include daughters, Mary Richter Pazdan of Edison, N.J., and Nora Richter Greer of Washington, D.C. She survived her brother, Edward George Anderson Jr. (1925-1973).
