- The Illinois Supreme Court has revived a lawsuit against Wilmette School District 39 that was dismissed earlier this year by the Illinois Appellate court. Anti-tax activists launched the suit in May, 2011, after Wilmette voters approved a 35 cent tax rate hike referendum.
