- Police arrested two Chicago youths on charges of bicycle theft. The two lads arrested are Lewis Leshnower and Lewis Arinson, both 15 years of age. They were captured in possession of bicycles owned by Robert Parker, 729 Judson avenue, Evanston, and C. W. Bacon, 910 Greenwood boulevard. They implicated several other boys living in their neighborhood.
