Ella Grace Brown, beloved wife of Frank A. Brown and daughter of W. H. Bryan of Ravenswood, died suddenly, Thursday, March 12, at the Evanston Hospital. Mrs. Brown leaves three children--Dorothy, aged 15; Olney, 10, and Gertrude, 5--by whom her loss will be keenly felt. She was born and raised in Ravenswood, she and her husband having been friends from childhood. They started to school together, were classmates and graduated from high school at the same time. Friends were attracted to her by her sweet and lovable manner.

The funeral services were held in the Wilmette Methodist Church Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Rev. J. F. Brushingham, who united Mr. and Mrs. Brown, spoke beautifully of her life. Rev. T. K. Gale, pastor of the church, assisted and the Masonic quartet sang. Beautiful flowers in abundance were the tribute of many loving friends.

The remains were placed in the vault at Rosehill.
