- A lively contest for the selection of village officials is expected in Wilmette with two full tickets of candidates for the "Villagers" and for the "Community" tickets. Candidates for the Villagers include Harry G. Colson, Joseph Heinzen, Herbert C. Arms, Dr. Wm. J. Montgomery, Harry W. Miller, Francis I. Walker, Percy M. Bingham, Neander N. Cronholm. The Community ticket is made up of John D. Couffer, J. R. Gathercoal, Lewis E. Wade, H. T. Zaremba, J. C. Baker, S. B. Wilson, A. J. Coburn, John Ling.
