Lynch, Duke Born August 23, 1924, died on August 18, 2011 in Redding, CA. Duke grew up in Wilmette, went to New Trier High School, and graduated from Wabash College in Crawfordsville, Ind. Duke spent his career in advertising. In Chicago working for RR Donnelly then moved to San Francisco with Architectural Digest. Preceded in death by his wife of over 50 years, Carol Taylor Lynch. He is survived by his five children: Gregory Lynch of Bend OR, Michael Dufek of Aptos, CA, Peggy Conrad of San Francisco, CA, Carol Graham of Sebastapol, CA, Faith Sterling of Aptos, CA, sister Barbara Bryden of Charleston, SC, 15 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
