- Former Illinois Senator, and Kenilworth resident, Charles Percy, died Saturday at the age of 91, a day before the anniversary of the murder of Percy's daughter, Valerie, 21, who was slain in her family's former Kenilworth home on Lake Michigan on September 20, 1966, 45 years ago.
