Moody, Eugene L. "Gene" Age 84, beloved husband of Ethel A. Moody; loving father of Cindy Moody, Susan (Mark) Maciag and Nancy (Phil) Brinckerhoff; dear grandpa of Elizabeth, Megan and Tom Brinckerhoff; loving brother of Robert Moody and Madonna Milliner; loving uncle to many nieces and nephews. Gene served with the US Army, 40th Infantry Division during the Korean War. Gene was the Business Manager for Lincolnwood School District 74 for 34 years before retiring in 1992. Following his retirement, Gene served as a consultant at East Prairie School District 73 in Skokie for many years. Gene was a dedicated volunteer at Orchard Village in Skokie and Molloy Education Center in Morton Grove. Visitation Friday 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Funeral Saturday 9:30 a.m. from Donnellan Family Funeral Home, 10045 Skokie Blvd. at Old Orchard Rd., Skokie to Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 1775 Grove St., Glenview, IL, 60025, Mass 10 a.m. Interment All Saints Cemetery.
