Diamond Janese Sharp graduated May 27, 2011 rom Wellesley College in Wellesley, Massachusetts, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Peace and Justice Studies. Diamond was a member of Wellesley College Student government and Coordinator of Multicultural Affairs. She received the 2011 Award for Excellence in Social Justice and the 2011 Multicultural Advocacy Award. Diamond is a 2007 graduate of Oak Park-River Forest High School. Diamond Sharp will work for Teach for America. Beginning the September 2011 fall term, she will teach 4th grade in the Washington, DC. public school system. Diamond Sharp is the daughter of Janis Hill-Sharp.
