Meyer of Winnetka has consolidated his various business concerns into two corporations, Winnetka Coal and Lumber, with capital stock worth $35,000; and the Winnetka Merchandise Company, capitol of $25,000. The stockholders are people who have been associated with Mr. Meyer's businesses. They include A. Lips, Anton Karston, Phoebe Suhr, Gladys Pfeiffer and Mr. Weinstock.
