- Correction to a June 23 article on the proposed 2011-12 budget for Wilmette School District 39 which included the information that the district had budgeted $738,817 in its legal fund. The fund's official name is the tort fund. The fund does not contain money budgeted to pay legal fees. The money in that fund i composed of taxes levied for tort immunity for judgement purposes and special expenditures such as insurance of liability.
