The St. Joseph School Board’s Annual Parent Surveys are

now open. There are separate surveys for the preschool and the junior

kindergarten-eighth grade programs. Parents should complete both if they have children in both programs. The surveys will be open through tomorrow. To complete the survey, for preschool visit

The PSO will be holding a used uniform sale from 8:30-9:30 a.m. tomorrow in the balcony. Gently used donations can be dropped off in the office. For more information, contact Catherine Sullivan or Alison Silk.

Due to the snow days school will dismiss for the summer at 10 a.m. June 9. The summer hours will be 9 a.m.-1 p.m. and closed Friday June 13-30. The office will be closed July 1-31. The school will be closed from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Monday-Thursday, Aug. 1-14. Regular business hours will take place from 8:15 a.m-3:30 p.m. Aug. 15.

Each spring the school puts together a group of parents to chair or co-chair various positions on the PSO. Positions available include two volunteer coordinator co-chairs; Pizza Day co-chair; three benefit co-chairs; teacher appreciation volunteer; and Oktoberfest Evening festivities co-chair. The St. Joseph Jubilee Jog is a 5K Run/Walk that promises fun for all ages. Money raised supports all SJS programs. The event takes place at 8 a.m. May 30 and will include a certified course and D’Tag Timing System. Volunteers are needed for race preparation and monitoring and rallying runners. For more information, contact Helen Considine at considine@comcast.net.

St. Joseph will hold its Annual Pasta Dinner from 5:30-8 p.m. May 27. The event will feature the Cakewalk for children ages 10 and under. The Pasta Dinner committee is in need of baked or store bought goodies for the Cakewalk. Participants should bring your treats to the tables outside the school kitchen anytime May 27. People who are willing to help at the dinner should contact Michelle McGregor or Megan Finnigan.

St. Joseph School athletic team members and their families may attend the annual Spring Sports Banquet from 4-6 p.m. Sunday at the school gym.
